JUTBALL - Sit upright and in balance
The JUTBALL is a sitting ball and training device in one and can be used both as an alternative chair for at home or in the office and as an ideal companion for fitness programmes. An upright posture is automatically adopted while sitting in order to maintain balance. The pelvic, abdominal and back muscles are therefore constantly used and trained. Assembly instructions
This article is delivered deflated.
Unzip the cover and place the ball inside.
Make sure that the valve is positioned at the the zipper.
Then remove the valve cap and inflate the ball to approx. 80% with an air pump.
Close the zipper almost fully and inflate the ball to its final degree of hardness.
Remove the pump hose from the valve, attach the valve cap
and close the zipper completely.
