WHERE WE SHIP TO

We currently ship to UK Mainland and Scottish Highlands only. We apologize, that we currently cannot ship to North Ireland, Republic of Ireland and all Islands.

DISPATCH

Merchandise is shipped disassembled in its original packaging. The items must be assembled prior to use (unless stated otherwise in the item description). Parcel and courier services provide curbside delivery, delivering items to your front door.

SHIPPING VIA GLS and parcel force worldwide

Please note that you will not be notified by telephone concerning the exact time of GLS and Parcelforce deliveries. Similarly, it is unfortunately not possible to arrange a fixed delivery time, as we cannot influence the company’s delivery routes. If you are unable to receive your delivery in person, we advise you to leave the delivery driver a note with instructions on the letterbox/front door/doorbell.

CALCULATION DELIVERY TIME

The deadline for delivery begins with the advance payment, on the day after the payment order is issued, to the transferring credit institution or in the case of other payment methods, on the day following the conclusion of the contract and ends with the expiration of the last day of the deadline. If the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday officially recognized at the place of delivery, the next working day shall be accepted.
