Current information on delivery times

Dear customers,

As you may have learned from the media, the current situation is causing extreme capacity utilisation in all areas of logistics. This applies to the shipping centres as well as parcel services and forwarding agents.

For this reason, we are currently unable to make any binding statements with regard to delivery times. Please allow for delivery times of at least one week , and in some cases up to 2 weeks.

You will automatically receive a tracking number by email approx. 2-3 days after your order has been made, where you can then follow the status of your delivery.

We request that you do not submit any questions regarding delivery time to our customer service within the 5 working days after submitting your order, as we too must wait for the tracking number and cannot issue statements concerning the progress of your order prior to this.

Since some products also require time for delivery from the manufacturer, please also note the availability information, which you will find to the right of the pricing information for each product.

Dear customers, you can rest assured that our entire team will do everything possible to process your order as quickly as possible and to your utmost satisfaction. We would like to ask you for a little patience and understanding for the situation in these extraordinary times.
