Guarantee conditions of hjh office gmbh

For our products from the brands hjh office and mybuero, we give you 2 or 4 years guarantee (see product description). The period for calculating the guarantee period begins with the invoice date. Our guarantee covers geographically the European Union.

If material or manufacturing defects occur during this period, we provide as guarantor under the guarantee one of the following services at our discretion:

Free replacement delivery of defective components or
Free exchange of goods with another equivalent article
(if applicable, also a successor model, if the original product is no longer available)

Guarantee claims are excluded in case of damage to the goods due to:

Abusive or improper treatment
Environmental influences (humidity, heat, dust, etc.)
Failure to comply with any safety precautions
Disregard of operating instructions
Use of force (e.g. blow, impact, fall)
Unauthorized repair attempts
Normal Wear
Transport damage

The use of the guarantee will require us to examine the guarantee claim by sending in the goods or by taking assignable photographs. Attention must be taken to ensure that damage during transport be avoided by appropriate packaging.

To apply for the guarantee, a copy of the original invoice of the shipped goods must be attached or be sent to us in advance by e-mail/Fax. Please note that the guarantee claim can be rejected, if the invoice of the shipped goods has not been forwarded to us. The sending of the invoice copy is used to calculate the guarantee period. Furthermore, the name and address of the seller must also be stated, if this is not visible on the attached invoice copy.

In case of a legitimate guarantee claim, guarantee processing will be free of charge for you. Any shipping charges that you may have incurred will be refunded.

Services rendered to the goods within the scope of the guarantee or warranty do not extend the guarantee period.

Goodwill of any kind remains the sole decision of the service Manager of HJH Office GmbH.

Note:
Your legal rights against us, from the purchase contract concluded with us, will not be limited in any way by this guarantee promise. Any existing statutory warranty rights to us remain unaffected by this guarantee promise.

If the purchase item is defective, you can therefore always hold us to the scope of the legal warranty, irrespective of whether a guarantee claim exists or the guarantee claim is granted.
