Hjh OFFICE's offer is only available to customers in UK. We send our items within UK free of charge. Shipping is excluded to most islands.
Delivery overseas territoriesPlease note that additional costs will be charged for deliveries in the English overseas territories to Northern Ireland and EU-islands including Inner and Outer Hebrides, Scottish Highlands, Shetland Islands, Isle of Skye, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly, Orkney Islands, Firth of Clyde, Argyll and Bute incl. Loch Lomond. The fee is calculated individually depending on the size and weight of your package. We are therefore unable to specify a standard rate. We therefore kindly ask in case of delivery, to enquire the cost of delivery by email at the English overseas department. Our team will inform you as quickly as possible about the amount to be paid. Please note that we do not deliver to the Channel Islands. Many customers use a package forwarder, e.g. Ship 2 me (www.ship2me.co.uk).
Merchandise is shipped disassembled in its original packaging. The items must be assembled prior to use (unless stated otherwise in the item description). Parcel and courier services provide curbside delivery, delivering items to your front door.
Shipping via "DPD Parcel Service"
Please note that you will not be notified by telephone concerning the exact time of DPD deliveries. Similarly, it is unfortunately not possible to arrange a fixed delivery time, as we cannot influence the company’s delivery routes. If you are unable to receive your delivery in person, we advise you to leave the delivery driver a note with instructions on the letterbox/front door/doorbell.
Please note that we have no influence over delivery time after dispatch from our warehouse. We work in cooperation with recognized courier services to ensure the shortest possible delivery time. Under exceptional circumstances, however, delivery can exceed stated timeframe.Great Britain
