BLACKROLL® GYMBALL 65 - The Functional Exercise Ball
The BLACKROLL® GYMBALL 65 is an exercise ball and training tool at the same time. While sitting on the ball, an upright posture is automatically adopted to maintain balance. The pelvic, abdominal and back muscles are therefore permanently used and trained. The Anti-Burst-System (ABS®) prevents the ball from bursting in case of external damage. The air only escapes slowly from the damaged area, thus enabling the exercise to be completed safely. Whether for coordination and stabilization training or training with additional weights - the BLACKROLL® GYMBALL 65 is an ideal training partner.

Assembly instructions
The item is delivered folded.
Inflate the ball to approx. 80% of its maximum size at room temperature.
Wait for two hours.
Slowly inflate the ball at room temperature to the optimum size for you.
