Each consumer rating is checked for authenticity before it is published, to ensure that ratings only come from consumers who have actually purchased/used the rated products.
Verification is done by sending personalised links to consumers after they have completed an online order. These links take the customer to an online rating form, where access to the rating function is only granted to consumers who have actually purchased a product.
